Duration: 45 Minutes

The intention of this session is to focus on the rehabilitation of your joints and overall body functions and capabilities. Mobility work ensures long lasting results in strength and flexibility. One of the biggest benefits you can experience is aid in pain management. This session allows you to tailor your focus on desired areas of the body for greater healing.

  • Closed toed shoes, water and two yoga blocks are needed

  • Four yoga blocks recommended
