Beginner
Duration: 1 Hour
The intention of this class is to help gain familiarity with foundational Vinyasa yoga postures, the use of Sanskrit and Ujjayi breathing. It’s primary focus is strength building, endurance and flexibility. Breathing and light meditation aid in mental aptitude and awareness to the mind, body connection.
Yoga mat, towel and water are needed
Two yoga blocks are recommended
Intermediate
Duration: 1 Hour
The intention of this class is to build greater strength, endurance, mobility, flexibility and control. Offering a more intense sequence that navigates through complex transitions and advanced postures. Diversity of movement and exercise makes this class not only unique, but fun and challenging. A combination of breathwork and meditation are incorporated to aid in a deeper connection to oneself.

Flow + Meditate
Duration: 1 Hour
The intention of this session is designed to cultivate mindfulness through movement, journaling and meditation. Working on understanding and letting go of issues, doubts, personal restraints and focusing on living your most authentic self. The first portion of class will consist of a Vinyasa flow, followed by journaling and meditation to center and tap into your inner self. This class is great for grounding, releasing and relaxing.
Yoga mat, towel, water, journal and pen are needed

Restorative
Duration: 1 Hour
The intention of this class is to slow down and relax into long hold postures. These postures are done either sitting or laying down. Each posture is held for an average of 2-5 minutes, ensuring a greater benefit for the body and mind.
